1. Self-Awareness

3. Social Skills

Apart from the above two aspects of emotional intelligence, a good leader should have social skills. This skill allows people in developing meaningful relationships with other people. Also, it helps in building a stronger understanding between them and others.

Emotional understanding is more than understanding your own emotions and others. Apart from this, you may also need to implement information to work while communicating and interacting with others.

When it comes to professional settings, managers are benefited by developing strong connections and relationships with employees. 4. Empathy

5. Motivation

If you are leadership or volunteer for a community, then you might be well-motivated by several factors. For example – Extrinsic motivation, Incentive motivation, Power motivation, Fear motivation, Competence motivation, Affiliation motivation, etc. Apart from this, a leader sets a competent goal in this area and always looks for the best ways to do better.
